The Saviour Seven Girls in Amsterdam

b. 1953 -

Born in Suffolk, in his younger years he was the winner of the Caran d’Ache award for his exceptional pastels. He went on to study in Canterbury, Northampton and Leicester, gaining a BA(Hons) in Fine Art. He then travelled extensively throughout Europe, spending three years living and painting in Amsterdam. He is known for his uncontrived fauvist approach and unique mixed media works. The Lord and Saviour is a recurring theme throughout most of his more progressive works. Over the past 20 years, he has based himself in Norfolk where he lives and works. He was recently shortlisted for the RA Summer Exhibition.
