b. 1921 -
Draughtsman and etcher in aquatint and water-colour. Born in Chiswick, London, he was educated at King’s School, Harrow. He studied art at Harrow school of art and the Royal College of Art under R S Austin, RA. Jennings lived at Pinner and then Whitchurch in Glamorgan. He was a member of the South Wales Group. His works are held in permanent collections including Middlesex County Education Committee and Harrow Council.
